Cancellation Period
Cancellation requests may generally be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
A cancellation can only be completed if the order has not already entered processing, packing, or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled under this policy. You may instead be able to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Confirmation
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order.
Our team will review the current status of your order and confirm whether the cancellation can be completed.
If the order has already entered fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before the order is processed or shipped, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
After a refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally no longer available.
If you no longer want the item, please contact us about the available return options. Any approved return will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to an Order
If you need to change an item, quantity, shipping address, or other order information, contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
